Annulation Policy

TestPro is a project developed by ProTrain in partnership with Youl, and this policy governs all purchases made through the TestPro platform.
1. Scope
This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all TestPro programs, including:
  • SAT Preparation Courses.
  • IELTS Preparation Courses.
  • Live Online Classes / Bootcamps.
  • Self-Paced Courses.
  • 1-to-1 Tutoring Sessions.
  • Additional services such as mock exams, writing review, or speaking simulations.
2. Cancellation by the student
Students may cancel their enrollment under the following conditions:
  • The student may request a full refund within 7 days after purchase and before attending any session.
  • If the student has already attended a session or accessed course materials, cancellation is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • If technical issues prevent access to the course, the student should contact support immediately so we can resolve the issue.
3. Cancellation by testPro
If TestPro cancels a course or session:
  • Students may receive a full refund,
  • Or a transfer to another available session or cohort.
No additional compensation will be provided beyond the refund or transfer.
4. Transfers and deferrals
If a student cannot attend the course:
  • A transfer to another cohort of the same course may be requested.
  • Transfers are free if requested at least 7 days before the first session.
  • Requests made later may be subject to an administrative fee.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases such as:
  • Medical emergencies.
  • Bereavement.
  • Force majeure.
Students may request a refund or transfer. Supporting documentation may be required.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed via:
  • Bank transfer,
  • Or original payment method.
Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
7. Non-Refundable items
The following are not refundable:
  • Sessions already attended.
  • Tutoring hours already consumed.
  • Digital materials already accessed.
  • Promotional bundles once partially used.
